が、僕の質問の書き方が悪かったようです。すみません。
もうすでにQUICK TIMEでPro Res 422 HQで書き出した170GのものをENCORE CS6でBDにオーサリングしようと際のことです。
すみません。書き方が悪くて。

下記①②を教えてください。
①OSとそのバージョン
②Premiere Proのバージョン（CS6、CC2017、CC2018等）
Premiere Proで、「書き出し設定」の「予測ファイルサイズ」を大きくすれば、ディスクの使用領域を大きくすることが出来ます。
「予測ファイルサイズ」を大きくするには、「ビデオ」タブにあるターゲットビットレートを上げて、映像の情報量を大きくします。
しかし、映像素材のビットレートが約17Mbpsの場合、書き出しのビットレートを30Mbpsに上げても無意味なことになります。
ですから、映像素材のビットレートから、適切な書き出しのビットレートを決めるのが良いです。私は、1.2倍から多くても1.5倍くらいにしています。
映像素材のビットレートを教えて頂ければ、書き出しのビットレート設定について助言できると思います。
参考のため、BD-Rディスクに書き込める予測ファイルサイズ最大は、下記のようになります。
25GB（10進法）×0.98＝23.283GB（2進法）×0.98＝22.817GB＝23,365MB
・Adobeはオーバーヘッド領域として2％確保するよう推奨しています。
